Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM )

Traditional Chinese medicine and herbal blends

The primary difference between modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine is aptly expressed by the following words: “While modern medicine treats symptoms of diseases, traditional Chinese medicine focuses on causes of diseases!” They say that history is the teacher of wisdom. We need to respect that which has been here for thousands of years, the cradle of medicine. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the life force or energy flowing through our body is called Qi. Traditional Chinese medicine is based on a simple rule: the body is healthy if the YIN and YANG energies are in balance.
According to Eastern philosophy, everything that exists can be assigned to either of the two opposite but complementary principles – energy flows – YIN, or “the dark side of the mountain”, and YANG, or “the bright side of the mountain” (YIN is guarded by a white tiger, YANG by a green dragon). A Chinese Taoist sees YIN as the more submissive, passive and perceptive female perspective of the world, and YANG as the more active, penetrating, dominant male perspective. The human body is healthy if these energies are balanced. If this balance gets disturbed, health problems occur. Tonics contained in genuine Chinese herbs have a significant influence on achieving and maintaining this balance. Tonics in Chinese herbs will not alleviate your pain so quickly and immediately as steroid medicines; however, they do so slowly and in a different way, still unknown for many people.
Quality herbal blends which contain tonics and follow the principles of traditional Chinese medicine act similarly to vitamins and minerals – they work slowly and normalize the functions of your organism. They maintain the YIN/YANG balance, thereby maintaining your health. And what is most important? They have no side effects and therefore do not cause any other health problems like most modern medicines and many herbs used in Western countries, intended for short-term treatment of a particular disease. In addition, these quality Chinese herbal blends have been safely used for more than 3,000 years as real nutritional supplements. On the other hand, many medicines developed for the treatment of particular diseases have not been proven by long-time use in this way. Especially if they are used in a purely chemical form, deprived of the characteristics of the original herbs from which they were prepared

PhytoChi Dr Albert Leung

PhytoChi™ Contains NO caffeine and amphetamine-like chemicals such as ephedrine (from mahuang) or synephrine (from bitter orange) etc.
The word "energy" is often misused to mean a stimulant effect produced by such chemicals as caffeine (from coffee, guarana, etc.), amphetamines like ephedrine from mahuang and synephrine from zhishi (bitter orange), or other stimulant drugs like cocaine. This effect is short-lived and can be harmful over time. Most commercial "energy" products, legal or illegal, contain one or more of these chemicals.
PhytoChi is not like these products. It has been formulated by Dr. Albert Y. Leung based on the age-old traditional Chinese medical principle of yin/yang balance. If the yin and yang of body functions are balanced, you are healthy and full of energy. But if they are off-balance, you will have health problems such as fatigue, lack of energy, joint pain, high blood pressure, and a myriad of others. It is therefore necessary to restore and maintain the body’s yin/yang balance through the intake of foods and herbs that are known for doing this. The last thing you want to do is to take any herb or chemical from today’s cluttered supplements market, which may temporarily help an individual problem, but which will not restore your yin/yang balance, leaving you in continued poor health.
PhytoChi contains Chinese tonic herbs that are well known for their effects in restoring one’s yin/yang balance. It is not intended as a "quick fix" and its beneficial results depend on the degree of one’s yin/yang imbalance. Whether in the form of more "energy," less stiffness or pain in the joints, or simply "feeling great," some people may notice the positive difference within days, while for others, it may take weeks or even months to notice any positive changes. The thing to remember is that PhytoChi is a true dietary supplement whose functions are like those of vitamins. When taken properly, it will cause you no harm but may just be the product you need to restore your yin/yang balance and maintain your health. You owe it to yourself to give it a try. If you are like tens of thousands of consumers who have benefited from other herbal drinks formulated and formerly supported by Dr. Leung, you will not be disappointed by PhytoChi , his newest and best herbal drink.
Each bottle contains 480 mL or 32 servings of 15 mL (0.5 fl. oz.) recommended to be taken once or twice daily.
PhytoChi™ is formulated and supported by Dr. Albert Y. Leung, an internationally renowned pharmacognosist (a scientist who specializes in botanicals). He holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from the National Taiwan University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Pharmacognosy from the University of Michigan.
He is the author of ENCYCLOPEDIA OF COMMON NATURAL INGREDIENTS USED IN FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS (Wiley-Interscience, NewYork; first published in 1980 & revised in 1998), which has been the classic reference in this field for the past 2 decades. He is also the editor of LEUNG’S CHINESE HERB NEWS (ISSN #1523-5017), a newsletter highly valued by scientists and researchers who are interested in the hard truth about herbs.
Dr. Leung is one of a handful of scientists in the world who has the unique training, experience, and knowledge to differentiate genuine herbal ingredients from dubious ones, irrespective of how "scientific" their names may sound. For 25 years, he has been an advocate of product quality in the herbal industry, and is known for his no-nonsense approach, clearly reflected in his writing style.
Before creating PhytoChi™ , he formulated the original versions of two other botanical drinks, Intra™ and Libra™ . While he supported these tonic drinks, tens of thousands of people benefited from them.
Currently, PhytoChi™ is the only herbal drink manufactured and endorsed by Dr. Leung.
